Mounjaro — our most effective treatment, fully supervised.
Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is a once-weekly injection licensed in the UK for weight management. We prescribe it only after a full clinical review — including a video consultation with our specialist weight-loss prescriber — and dispense from our own in-house pharmacy.

The first dual-action weight-loss injection.
Tirzepatide is the active ingredient in Mounjaro. Unlike single-target GLP-1 medications, tirzepatide activates two gut-hormone receptors — GLP-1 and GIP — simultaneously. Both play a role in how your body regulates appetite, food intake and blood sugar after eating.
The combined effect is a noticeable reduction in appetite, slower stomach emptying (so you feel fuller for longer after meals), and improved blood-sugar control. It doesn't directly burn fat — it supports the conditions under which your body uses stored energy more effectively, alongside diet and lifestyle.
Mounjaro is licensed by the MHRA for weight management in adults with obesity, or overweight plus a related health condition. It is a prescription-only medicine and must be prescribed by a UK-registered clinician after proper assessment.
